Anna Fitzgerald, PhD, 33 (at Jan 1 2010), grew up in Auckland, New Zealand where she was educated at Baradene College. Anna became interested in the WTM through her school friend and WTM member Marie McNamara. In 2004, after completing her PhD in Biological Sciences, she moved to Sydney to further her understanding of the human condition and actively support the WTM. Anna works as a scientist for a biotech company and helps with the WTM’s public relations.
